Your Role
Implementation of divisional sales strategy
-02Be responsible for compressor equipment sales and achieve sales target in
the assigned area by individual effort and dealer network.02-02To approach new
customers and distributors in the assigned industry.
- To manage different size dealers, including diamond dealer to better achieve
sales target.
-02To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales
Manager.
-02To organize technical training to key account customers and dealers.0202-02To
develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers in the
territory to advance the selling efforts.0202
Co-ordination with marketing, aftermarket, logistic and credit team
-02To interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to
customers.02-02To keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine’s
delivery orderly.
-02Communication with marketing team in obtaining marketing
support.02-02Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company
credit policy.
To succeed, you will need
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.02
-02More than 3 years’ experience in machinery sales, has dealer management
experience is preferred.
-02Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit,
self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.02-02Good English communication
skill.02-02Good computer skills including Microsoft skills.
-02Willing to travel.
